What do you do when all after school activities are cancelled the winds are starting to pick up and the storm is coming in?
You head to the beach and channel your inner Jim Cantori!!
Starting at Durand beach for a little fun
Then as the storm intensified, we went to check out the pier at Charlotte. It was closed. Sad… but smart.
Then you get to channel your inner fun!!!
You hang out with poor little fishies that didnt stand a chance
Then you hang out at the beach for a bit
The carousel was closed.. and protected. It’s “historic”.
You wave to the Coast Guard as they go by, hoping they aren’t needed
You take pictures with your best friend in the rain
You get in the car to head home to drink some beers and hunker down!
